Refund handling depends on where the subscription was purchased. Jurisdiction-specific wording must be finalized before launch.
Web purchases
For a subscription purchased through the taleko web checkout, submit your request through the billing provider or email our support team using the address below.
Eligibility and timing are assessed under the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.
App Store and Google Play
Apple and Google control refunds for purchases made through their stores. Requests must follow the relevant store process and rules.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund. Access generally continues through the paid period unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
